We aim to ensure a smooth and satisfying shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered.

Damaged or Defective Product

If the item arrives broken, faulty, or not functioning properly.

Incomplete Order

If any item from your order is missing.

We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Change of mind

  • Opened/used products

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Skincare, cosmetics, and personal items for hygiene reasons

  • Sale/discounted items unless damaged


2. Time Window for Claims

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (pictures or video) to be eligible for a return or refund.

After 48 hours, no claims will be accepted.


3. Return Process

If your return request is approved:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or call.

  2. Provide clear photos/videos of the issue.

  3. Return the product in its original packaging.

  4. Return shipping charges may apply depending on the case.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding approval or rejection.


4. Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed as:

  • Store Credit / Coupon (Preferred)

  • Bank Transfer / Easypaisa / JazzCash (in some cases)

Refunds may take 3–7 working days to process.


5. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
