Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, tap Add to Cart, then go to checkout and enter your name, address, and phone number. You'll receive a confirmation, and our team processes your order within 1–3 business days.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer cash on delivery across Pakistan — pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep. Any additional payment options available will be shown at checkout.
Can I open the parcel before paying?
Yes — this is our signature open-parcel policy. You are allowed to open and inspect your parcel in front of the rider before handing over payment, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes — we deliver nationwide, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and smaller cities and towns across Pakistan.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the product's weight. Free shipping may apply during promotional offers.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number is sent to your email so you can follow your parcel in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. We also offer exchanges for eligible items.
Are any items non-returnable?
Yes — cosmetics and personal care products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please inspect these items at delivery using our open-parcel policy before paying.
How do I return a product?
Email magicmart.com@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review and approve eligible requests, after which you can ship the product back to our warehouse.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my product arrives damaged or faulty?
That's exactly why we offer the open-parcel policy — check your product at delivery. For electronics like drones, we recommend recording an unboxing video. If an issue is found after delivery, contact us immediately with your order number and we'll resolve it under our 7-days return & exchange policy.
